Parks & Pearson expand their offices in Branford

Parks & Pearson, Attorneys At Law, whose partners are Philip Parks, Esq. and Attorney Dawn Pearson, an established law firm in Branford, is doubling the size of their offices to better serve their clients. They will now occupy the entire first floor (1,500 SF) of the building at 765 East Main Street, Branford. The law firm specializes in real estate law and real estate closings. They have been at this location for five years prior to this expansion and will continue on long term lease. The Landlord is Captiva, LLC. Kevin Geenty SIOR, Vice-President of The Geenty Group, Realtors, was the sole agent in this transaction.
