Barry Stratton joined the Geenty Group, Realtors in 2006. He began his successful real estate career as a Residential Specialist and is now expanding the scope of his services to Commercial Industrial Real Estate Brokerage services, while continuing to work in the Residential Real Estate Market.

Originally from New Haven, Barry enjoyed a career with IBM Corporation in Connecticut, Chicago, and the San Francisco Bay area primarily in Systems Engineering. In 1993, he left IBM and joined a West Coast consulting company as a partner advising on main frame project management and consulting. Upon his return to Connecticut in 2003, he began his Real Estate career, first with Beazley Company, then Prudential CT Realty. He was recognized by his peers and managers since the start of his career, being named a member of the Quick Start Circle in 2004 and Prudential's Honor Circle in 2005. He is a member of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors and it's C.I.D. (Commercial Investment Division), as well as the National Association of Realtors, the Guilford Chamber of Commerce and he is also a high school girls' volleyball coach.
